The CNPP, Sarcophagus, and Monolith Control Center are heavily populated by Monolith and are arguably the most difficult areas of the game, requiring top notch equipment, plenty of healing items, and provisions to negate the effects of the medicine, as Monolith rarely drop clean food and water.
